Shipping Policy

All items are carefully hand-packed and shipped from my home studio in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia.

Processing Times

As most items are hand-printed and made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. I work as quickly as possible to get your art into your hands, but I appreciate your patience — good things take time!

Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided. You'll receive your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on your location and customs)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, postal delays, or customs in your country.

Shipping Rates

  • Australia: Flat rate or free shipping on select products (see product page for details)

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Packaging

All prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy, protective packaging to keep them safe in transit. I do my best to use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
